Allstar Sports and Specialty Management, known as TeamASM, was founded by Frank Zaino to help high school athletes and their parents through the college recruiting process.

Frank Zaino has dedicated his life to sports, coaching and mentoring young athletes. A multi-sport athlete himself, he understands the challenges and triumphs that come with pursuing excellence in athletics. His experience as a high school coach and at the collegiate level gave him a deep understanding of the competitive world of sports recruitment, and that journey fuelled our passion for helping student athletes find their path.
Our story is rooted in the belief that every athlete deserves guidance and support. Seeing the struggles young athletes face, especially during college recruiting, inspired us to create a place where their potential can shine. The road to a college athletic scholarship can be hard, and that drives our commitment to give athletes the insight and resources to pursue their dreams.
